Export the last 12 months of sales leads to search for different types of buyer. Using the For sale emails leads and recorded Phone leads, you can look out for leads from investors who may have a rental portfolio, you may even come across investors who are looking for refurb projects

Lead nurturing

Zoopla’s My Home experience specifically targets homeowners who are looking to sell in the next 3 months to 2 years. Use your Leads report to help you track who to keep in touch with. 

 Best practice

Within the ZooplaPro Leads report, if you click on each Property address as part of your Valuation emails, you will be able to see which properties are currently on the market. If they appear off the market, the Property timeline will show when they were last Listed. Export your valuation email leads from ZooplaPro to easily manage your list of opportunities to nurture. On average leads take 90 days between the lead being sent and appearing on site

Identifying new opportunities
