Measuring listing performance on site throughout 2022 showed us that:
- Sales listings with a floorplan received a 9% higher search click rate than those without
- Lettings listings with a floorplan received a 4% higher search click rate than those without
Once they've tempted users to click on your listings, floorplans can highlight key features like fitted wardrobes and kitchen layouts. User research also told us that floorplans show the flow of a property in ways that's very difficult to achieve through photos alone.
Vendors and landlords can help by getting dimensions which can be plugged into online tools to create floorplans for you.
