When content is missing or doesn't update, the cause can vary depending on if you use a feed or are a manual uploader.

This article includes:

Troubleshooting with Feed Uploaders

The most common reason for a property not updating is that Zoopla has not yet received the update via the feed.

In order to help you investigate this, please contact Member Services. You can either email members@zoopla.co.uk, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form, providing:

  1. The full property address (including the full postcode) of the affected listing
  2. Type of property (residential/commercial/overseas & sales or lettings)
  3. Which branch is advertising the property (branch name and postcode)
  4. Advice on what exactly is missing, e.g. the whole listing, a change of Listing status, or a new primary photo of the kitchen

In the majority of cases, your feed provider will need to be contacted, so you may wish to contact them directly if you haven’t already.

Listings provided by Manual Uploaders

To ensure the property gets updated, manage the property listing in ZooplaPro.

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage listings tab
  3. Click the relevant property category, for example, Residential sales listings or Residential letting listings
  4. Scroll to identify the listing. Check the listing is correctly saved with the listing Status set to Public
  5. Click the listing to amend it as necessary
  6. Click Save to publish it

Allow up to an hour for any new listings or saved changes to reflect on the live Zoopla site.

Rejected listings

If the listing is showing as ‘Rejected’, hover over the word Rejected to view the reason for this and amend the listing as necessary.

Overseas listings

If it's an overseas listing, check the listing Location map and coordinates, and update as necessary.

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage listings tab
  3. Click Overseas sales listings
  4. Locate and click an existing listing to edit it
  5. Scroll down to the Address section. Check the listing Location map and the Latitude and Longitude coordinates. Amend it as necessary
  6. Click Save to publish it
