You may be tempted to try and relist a property, however, this is not actually possible on Zoopla. Property listings must stay on site for the duration of their availability and not be re-added as new.
First listed dates are automatically created by Zoopla the first time the property is advertised on site and we are not able to change this. Altering a first listed date misguides our users to believe a property detail is different to its actual details and in doing so is a misrepresentation. This is against our terms and conditions and that of UK law.
The integrity of listings on Zoopla is our top priority and we take any practice, which we believe compromises the quality of our content, very seriously.
