Whitelisting is the practice of adding an email address to an approved sender list, so emails from that sender are never moved to the spam/junk folder.

In this example, whitelisting Zoopla emails will allow all emails from Zoopla through any IT provider blocks, spam or junk filters etc, that may stop them.  

Are you concerned you aren't receiving emails/leads from us? 

To make sure all the enquiries and emails get through to your inbox, ensure the following: 

  • Add members@zoopla.co.uk to your safe senders email list. All leads from our sites will come from that address. For help on adding safe-senders, full advice can be found by doing a search online:
    • Gmail: Whilst Gmail doesn't have a safe senders list, filters can be created for your inbox so that messages from us are never sent to spam. To do this:
      Open the Gmail website from your computer, and in the search box at the top, click the Show search options icon. In the From field, enter members@zoopla.co.uk. Click Create filter, then select Never send it to Spam. Click Create filter

      Alternatively, Zoopla can be added to your contacts list. To do this:
      Navigate to contacts.google.com and click Create contact. Click Create a contact and enter the First name as Zoopla, and the Email as members@zoopla.co.uk. Click Save

    • Outlook: You can add email addresses and domain names to your Safe Senders list.

      In addition, you can add recipients of your email messages to the Safe Senders List.

  • Some email clients may need to know the IP addresses of where our emails come from. If this is the case, please get in touch with Member Services. You can either email members@zoopla.co.uk, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form
