The Branch Profile section populates the information seen by your potential customers when they search for you in the relevant Find agents section of Zoopla and click View agent profile.

You should ensure that you complete your Branch Profile as early as possible as it's a great opportunity to market your business to potential customers and helps you stand out against other agents in your area.

Once you've done so by following the below steps, you can think about uploading your property listings.

Sales Agents

Branch Profile information (excluding your logo) is able to be edited directly in ZooplaPro. 

The Branch Profile is broken down across 4 tabs.

This article includes: 

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage account tab
  3. Click Branch Profile

Overview

  1. Logo - First, add your logo as this will raise your brand awareness. To do so, email a high-resolution image of it as an attachment to our Member Services team at members@zoopla.co.uk, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form, ensuring you attach your logo. We will action this for you as soon as possible and, once processed, it can take up to 48 working hours to appear on Zoopla

     Note

    Logos should be as high resolution as possible and the optimum shape is a rectangle, whereby the width is double the height / 2:1 ratio in a .png or .jpg format. They must be a minimum of 160 x 80 pixels 

  2. Description - Use the text box to highlight your key selling points and services that you offer, and provide background on your office or business. Also, add any additional schemes/affiliates (such as Money Shield or Law Society of Scotland) as well as any other important information about your branch
  3. Website URL - Enter your website to allow customers to find out more about you. Please ensure you always start the address with HTTPS://
  4. Social Media URLs - Drive traffic to your socials and allow your customers to engage with you through further channels. Please ensure you always start the address with HTTPS://
  5. Agent affiliate groups - Make sure your agency is listed as being compliant with regulatory standards by adding affiliates you may be a member of, such as the Redress scheme you're registered with or any Client Money Protection scheme. (If the scheme you're registered with isn't available, ensure you add this in your branch Description)
  6. Administration fees - Stay compliant by adding in your agent fees

Until you have filled in the Description text box on the Overview tab, clicking Submit profile will not save your changes 

Opening hours

Add your office opening hours to show when you are available, so customers know when they can visit or contact you.

  1. Use the dropdown menus to set the hours
  2. On any days which you are closed, tick Closed

Meet the team

Complete the Meet the team section to show the human side of your business. This helps to build trust with potential customers.

  1. Click Add team member to create new team members
  2. Enter their First name, Last name, Job title and a Description of them
  3. Click See more to amend or delete existing team members

Photo and video

Add a photo and/or video of your branch to help build familiarity. Completing this, as well as Opening hours and Meet the team, provides customers with a complete picture of your brand.

  1. Video/Virtual tour URL - Allow customers to view a video or virtual tour of your office. Please ensure you always start the website address with HTTPS://
  2. Upload office front photo - Allow customers to view a photograph of your office. Click Select file to locate and select a photo from your computer or network

 Best practice

Check the Video/Photo Guideline links alongside the fields for some do's and don'ts, to ensure your videos/photos are the best they can be

When you click Submit profile to save your changes, all of the sections are being saved at once. The Branch Profile will then update on Zoopla within 48 working hours

  6. Administration fees - Stay compliant by adding in your agent fees and standard tenancy information so that it appears on your rental properties. If your letting administration fees are consistent for all your listings, you can enter a default message in here to display this on all your rental listings that don't have listing specific fee information added. (Any listing level information sent in your data feed or added in ZooplaPro will override what you add here)
