Completing your Branch Profile

The Branch Profile section populates the information seen by your potential customers when they search for you in the Find agents section of Zoopla and click View agent profile. You should ensure that you complete your Branch Profile as it's a great opportunity to sell your business to potential customers and helps you stand out against other agents in your area.

Sales Agents

This article includes: 

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage account tab
  3. Click Branch Profile

Overview

  1. Logo - This will raise your brand awareness. Your logo will need to be added by Member Services - you can get this added by emailing a high-resolution image in as an attachment to members@zoopla.co.uk, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form, ensuring you attach your logo. This can take up to 48 hours to appear on Zoopla

     Note

    Logos should be as high resolution as possible and the optimum shape is a rectangle, whereby the width is double the height / 2:1 ratio in a .png or .jpg format. They must be a minimum of 160 x 80 pixels 

  2. Description - Highlight your key selling points and services that you offer to your customers, and provide background on your office or business

     Warning

    Until you have filled in the Description field on the Overview sub tab, clicking Submit profile will not save your changes 

  3. Website URL - Allow customers to find out more about you. Please ensure you always start the website address with HTTPS://
  4. Social Media URLs - Drive traffic to your pages, and allow your customers to engage with you through further channels. Please ensure you always start the website address with HTTPS://
  5. Agent affiliate groups - Build trust in your brand by adding affiliates you may be a member of, such as redress schemes

Opening hours

Add your office opening hours to show when you are available, so customers know when they can contact you.

  1. Use the dropdown menus to set the hours
  2. On any days which you are closed, tick Closed

Meet the team

Complete the Meet the team section to show the human side of your business. This helps to build trust with potential customers.

  1. Click Add team member to create new team members
  2. Click See more to amend or delete existing team members

Photo and video

Add a photo and/or video of your branch to help build familiarity. Completing this, as well as Opening hours and Meet the team, provides customers with a complete picture of your brand.

  1. Video/Virtual tour URL - Allow customers to view a video or virtual tour of your office. Please ensure you always start the website address with HTTPS://
  2. Upload office front photo - Allow customers to view a photograph of your office. Click Select file to locate and select a photo from your computer or network

 Best practice

Check the Video/Photo Guideline links alongside the fields for some Do's and Don'ts, to ensure your photos are the best they can be

 Note

  • When you click Submit profile to save your changes, all of the sections are being saved at once
