Your market position
Your market position opens on the Your market position subtab by default. You can select which department you wish to view and a timeframe, but primarily this will default to Sales for the Last 7 days.
You can also change the market view which you’re seeing or create a new one, should you wish to report on different areas and outcodes. The Initial view may well be your default market view from when your ZooplaPro account was created, which can contain up to 10 outcodes.
Alternatively, if you select your current market view from the dropdown menu, you can click Manage your views to create a new market view. You can then choose the areas which you would like your market view to show from your 10 outcodes.

The Your market position subtab is broken down into several tiles: For Sale, New Instructions, Sold, Price Reductions, Sales Fallen Through and Withdrawn. In each of these tiles, you are provided with a ranking placement, a percentage and how many properties fall into that tile’s category.
If you click the pop out button on any of these tiles, you open the equivalent report to see a more detailed breakdown.
You can also Export the statistics into a .pdf document should you wish to keep a local copy or have a copy to hand for use in meetings.
The tiles provide you with a high level view, allowing you to keep track of how you’re faring against your competition, using a traffic light system. If your ranking has improved in the given time period compared to the previous one, you will see a green up arrow. If you have slipped down the rankings, you will see a red down arrow. An amber dash means you have retained your ranking and held steady against the competition.
Best practice
If you’re ranking 1st in a particular tile category, you have a great marketing opportunity - consider promoting that you’re achieving the highest share of a particular listing type in the view
Note
Your competitors are set based on stock location, not the location of their branch
