Each package has a Max and Plus option where agents can choose the right level to meet their needs - in simple terms, the more product you purchase, the greater the impact on your business.

Do I have to move to these packages?
- We are rolling out these packages in line with our renewal cycle and in every case our customers will continue to have all the products they had previously and will gain additional product and therefore additional value.
- New joiners to Zoopla will purchase one of our new packages.
Will these new packages unfairly impact independent agents?
- It is the exact opposite. Using a hyperlocal approach, each package is tailored to the size and profile of the individual agency, the dynamics of its local market, and Zoopla's performance in that area.
- Independent agents are in control of what package to take to meet their needs and business goals.
Can I pick a different package?
- Yes, you can. We understand that your business strategy may evolve, and we have options for changing your package to better align with your goals. Please contact your account manager to discuss the best package for you.
