Why are my membership fees increasing?

At Zoopla, our priority is to continue driving value and innovation for our customers. We are committed to ensuring our platform remains the best place to connect with high-intent movers and drive business growth for estate agents.

As part of our investment in 2025, we are enhancing our products, data insights, and marketing efforts to drive more motivated movers your way.

How we’re delivering more high-intent vendor leads:

  • We’re proud of Zoopla’s My Home Valuation tool, a unique market driver, with 1 in 4 new listings now also My Home users. Over 4 million homeowners have claimed their homes, allowing us to consistently engage motivated sellers throughout their journey

  • Our new marketing campaign, ‘Win at Moving’, celebrates agents as being critical to helping movers take their next step. Early results are promising with vendor leads up 55%* and Zoopla valuation leads are now 17% more likely to convert than last year

Increased investment in innovation to drive performance:

We’re continuing to invest in new features that provide better insights, streamline workflows, and help you operate more efficiently.

Already this year, we’ve:

  • Leveraged data to launch market-leading tools, such as insights into local crime rates, flood risks, and planning applications

  • Added even more search filters to our site for Zoopla users who are looking for a home to buy or rent, allowing them to streamline their searches by these features and ultimately showing them what they’re looking for faster

And this is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we’ll be introducing new and transformative products designed to deliver high-intent homeowner prospects for estate agents and housebuilders.

While we appreciate that price changes are never ideal, we are confident that the value we can deliver as a result will continue to support your growth in the year ahead.

When does the price increase come into effect?

Your contract will automatically renew at the end of your current term and price increases will come into effect on the 1st of the following month.

  • When my contract auto-renews, how long does the renewal last?

When your contract auto-renews, the new term will either be for the same length as your original term, or for 12 months - whichever comes first.
