- Our product offering has evolved in the last two years, especially regarding our growing subscriber base of homeowners, so we needed to evolve how we enable agents to get the best value for money from Zoopla.
- We worked with 294 agents from across the country. They told us that we have a lot of different products delivered in a format that are not aligned to their business goals, so we have designed new packages that give your business better value and clearer results.
- Our new packages are designed to deliver on agents' key priorities. We have bundled more products to ensure our customers can meet their goals while getting greater value for money. Customers can choose from a range of tailored packages that align with their key business goals.
What are your new packages?
Our new packages are simple and easy to understand based on what agents tell us they want to achieve.
- Core: Put your listings in front of 9 million monthly visitors.
- Listing: Sell and let homes faster with listings that stand out from the crowd and tools that promote your brand.
- Instruction: Win more instructions with quality valuation leads from Zoopla’s 5m homeowners.
- Complete: Grow market share with a combination of our best-performing listing and instruction products.
Each package has a Max and Plus option where agents can choose the right level to meet their needs - in simple terms, the more product you purchase, the greater the impact on your business.
Why are these packages good for me?
- Agents can now select the package that meets their business goals, whether that is winning instructions, boosting their brand, getting more high quality leads or a combination of all of these.
- All our packages now include more products to help agents meet their goals, and ultimately earn more commission.
Do I have to move to these packages?
- We are rolling out these packages in line with our renewal cycle and in every case our customers will continue to have all the products they had previously and will gain additional product and therefore additional value.
- New joiners to Zoopla will purchase one of our new packages.
Will these new packages unfairly impact independent agents?
- It is the exact opposite. Independent agents get more choice and are in control of what package to take to meet their needs and business goals.
- We’ve introduced packages that cater to every size and type of agent.
Can I pick a different package?
- Yes, you can. We understand that your business strategy may evolve, and we have options for changing your package to better align with your goals. Please contact your account manager to discuss the best time and way to make a change. Speak to your Account Manager to find the best package for you.
