Area Sponsorship is a cost effective way of promoting your brand and branch to a much wider audience, in locations where you would like to raise your profile. Area Sponsorship identifies applicants looking for a property in certain outcodes, allowing you to advertise to them in a targeted manner.
This article will take you through the technical specifications to ensure that your adverts are in the correct format and save time in getting them online. It's important that the creatives you send over to us are in the correct format and dimensions, as any errors will cause delays.
Note
The below information is also applicable should you already have Area Sponsorship and simply wish to update your advert.
Should you have more than one Area Sponsorship booking, please let us know which booking you would like to be updated in the body of the email, e.g. Zoopla - Sales - SE1.
Once your order has been placed, please ensure:
- You send through your own creative and clickthrough link (URL) you wish to use at the earliest opportunity via email to your Account Manager and adbookings@zoopla.co.uk stating in the Subject line Zoopla Area Sponsorship, your company/account name, the channel and the outcode you've booked. E.g. Zoopla Area Sponsorship - Zoopla - Sales - SE1
- A placeholder image which utilises our internal creative template that contains the outcode you've booked, company name, and a link to your website, will be used and set live if the creative has not been received from you. (example below)
Technical Specifications

- Creative Dimensions: 300x250 pixels. If the size is incorrect, this can slow down the production of your advert
- Max File Size: 100kb
- File Formats accepted: .jpg, .png or .gif (Length of animation must not exceed 30 seconds. No looping beyond 30 seconds & no sound to be added)
