What is Zoopla Masterclass?
Zoopla Masterclass is a free, exclusive educational video series designed to help estate agents win more instructions and grow their business. Created in partnership with industry expert and estate agency entrepreneur Ian Preston, the series gives agents access to the same techniques and frameworks Ian uses in his private workshops, covering everything from how to read a seller's personality type to how to deliver your fee with confidence. Series 1 focuses on winning more instructions and becoming a conversion master, and consists of 6 instructional videos plus a downloadable toolkit and highlights podcast.
Who can access Zoopla Masterclass?
The full Masterclass experience - all video episodes and the downloadable toolkit - is free and exclusive to Zoopla customers. If you're not yet a Zoopla customer, you can watch a preview of Series 1, while the Masterclass highlights podcast is available to everyone on Spotify.
How do I access Masterclass if I already have a ZooplaPro login?
If you already have access to ZooplaPro, you can find Series 1 of Masterclass by heading to https://pro.zoopla.co.uk/portal/masterclass/series-1. Log in with your usual ZooplaPro credentials to access this.
What if I don't have a ZooplaPro login?
If you're a Zoopla customer but don't yet have a ZooplaPro login set up, your branch manager will be able to request one on your behalf. Please speak to your branch manager in the first instance and they can arrange access for you.
I'm a franchise customer, how do I get access?
If you're part of a franchise and don’t have access to ZooplaPro, the best route to getting access to Masterclass is through your account manager. They'll be able to confirm whether access has already been set up for your network and help get you up and running.
I'm a franchise customer and my access has already been set up, where do I go?
Once access has been confirmed by your account manager for your business, franchise agents can access the course using this link. You’ll be prompted to log in to our Help Centre to create your own login by clicking 'New to Zoopla Member Support? Sign up'. You’ll only need to add your name and email address, and as soon as you verify your account you’ll be able to access Masterclass here.
