Top of Search placement with Weekly Featured Property

Weekly Featured Property is designed to maximise visibility, engagement and enquiries on a chosen listing by placing a property at the top of search results for 7 days. 

You can choose the specific listings you want to boost, giving important properties or slow moving stock increased exposure to active property seekers for increased leads to your listings. 

What are Featured Properties?

If you have properties that could benefit from a listings boost or you are trying to market in a very competitive area, Featured Properties can push all your listings in that area higher up the search results.

With Featured Properties you get:

• Stand out with 'Property of the week' badge 
• Stay at the top of search results for 7 days
• Double visibility with your listing in its normal position plus in the top spot 
• Choose which listings to boost

Where will my listing appear?

• Appears at the top of Search Results in searches that pertain to the outcode of the property you have featured 

• Continue to appear its original position in search results simultaneously 

This means each featured listing is showcased twice on the website.

  If multiple agents boost listings in the same outcode, impressions are shared equally across boosted listings and all relevant properties are evenly rotated each time the page is refreshed, or when navigating to a different listing search results page

What will my listing look like? 

• Prominent ‘Property of the Week’ badge displayed to stand out in search results 
• Your standard listing imagery, unchanged

How do I make my listing a Weekly Featured Property? 

If Weekly Featured Property is included in your membership package, you’ll receive a set number of monthly credits.

• Each credit boosts a listing for one week 
• Credits cannot be reversed or reused once applied in that month
• Credits refresh automatically at the start of each calendar month

To upgrade properties to become Weekly Featured Properties:

1. Log in to ZooplaPro
2. Click the Manage listings tab
3. Click the relevant property category, for example, Residential sales listings or Residential letting listings
4. In your property listings, find the property you would like to feature and click Upgrade
   1. Alternatively, you can upgrade multiple properties in one go. Click the tick box individually next to each property
   2. Click Upgrade
5. A How would you like to upgrade? window appears, where you can choose to upgrade to a Premium Listing or make the property featured (weekly). Click Select upgrade in the Featured Properties (weekly) section
6. You must now Confirm your upgrade. The Selected listing that you're choosing to upgrade is shown, as well as the Start date, and the date it Expires. To upgrade, tick the confirmation box and click Confirm upgrade

If you have Featured Property as part of your package, a Featured Property report is also available in ZooplaPro that will show you how each of your Featured Properties are performing on Zoopla. You can use this in conjunction with your regular correspondence to reassure your vendor or landlord of the steps you’ve taken to market their property and of the results you have achieved.
