Over the coming weeks, we’re going to be carrying out scheduled maintenance work to a number of our services. The maintenance work we are undertaking will ensure our services are up to date, enabling us to provide you with the best service possible.

This maintenance work will take place on:

  • Tuesday 6th July between 1am - 3am
  • Thursday 22nd July between 1am - 3am

During this time, you may notice that:

  • If you attempt to update current listings or upload new listings via your feed, you receive an error message. If this happens, we would please ask that you wait at least 15 minutes before trying again
  • If you attempt to update current listings or upload new listings via ZooplaPro, you receive a maintenance message. If this happens, we would please ask that you wait at least 15 minutes before trying again

Once complete, this scheduled maintenance will have no lasting effects on your experience, and your day-to-day usage and interactions will remain unchanged.
