How to upload a Sales listing

1. Log in to ZooplaPro
2. Click the Manage listings tab
3. Click Residential sales listings
4. Click Add listing
5. All fields marked with * are mandatory and have to be filled in. Work through the fields
   1. Choose the Status of your Residential sales listings
   2. Set the Address of your listings 
   3. Set the Property details for your Residential sales listings - (There are certain fields that are required, as set out by National Trading Standards)
   4. Set the Price of your listings - (The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards)
   5. Add Photos to a listing
   6. Add Videos and Virtual tours to listings via ZooplaPro
   7. Complete as many of the property Description fields as possible (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Receptions, Floors, Size, Units, Summary, Full description).
      (Text entered into the Summary field is only displayed on the Find agents > View agent profile section of Zoopla. Therefore we advise you leave the Summary field blank, and instead complete the Full description with the property description and other essential information. Aim to call out information which isn’t immediately visible)
   8. Tick the relevant property Features. Additional features will show as bullet points on your listing
   9. Add EPC ratings, floor plans and EPC reports to listings via ZooplaPro - (There are certain fields that are required, as set out by National Trading Standards)
6. Click Save and your property will be live on Zoopla within the hour

Once a property has been created, it displays two buttons at the top allowing you to either Save any changes or Create similar. If you click Create similar, it'll duplicate the property, copying all written information. It's also available on deleted properties, so if you have previously marketed a property, you may wish to copy the original listing and add new photos.

How to upload an Overseas sales listing:

1. Log in to ZooplaPro
2. Click the Manage listings tab
3. Click Overseas sales listings
4. Click Add listing
5. All fields marked with * are mandatory and have to be filled in. Work through the fields
   1. Choose a Site status:
      1. Public will make the listing live on Zoopla
      2. Private will keep it in your property listings page within ZooplaPro, but it will not be live on Zoopla
      3. Deleted will delete the listing from ZooplaPro and the live site
   2. Choose a Listing status - This is how the property will display once it's live on Zoopla. For example, For sale, Sale under offer or Sold 
   3. Choose a Property type - These are set by Zoopla, so you can choose the most appropriate option to describe your listing. Please note that Flat displays as Apartment for overseas listings
   4. Set the Address of your listings - Please note that Property name and number are needed for the property to display the correct location on the map. However, the address will not display
   5. Location will only show the approximate location of the property, taking this information from the Address fields. The location pin can be moved around the map, if necessary
   6. Set the Price of your listings - (The Price is a required field and displays in the currency you have chosen)
   7. Add Photos to a listing
   8. Add Videos and Virtual tours to listings via ZooplaPro

4. Click Add listing
5. All fields marked with * are mandatory and have to be filled in. Work through the fields
   1. Choose the Status of your Commercial sales listings 
   2. Set the Address of your listings 
   3. Set the Price of your listings - (The Price is a required field).
      If it’s applicable to the business type or rental agreement, you can click Non quoting as a Price modifier. This avoids the need for a price and your listing will appear at the bottom of searches organised by price
   4. Enter a Minimum size and Maximum size (if only one size is available, add it to the minimum field and the maximum should be left blank) and the Price per unit will be calculated automatically
   5. Add Photos to a listing
   6. Add Videos and Virtual tours to listings via ZooplaPro
   7. Complete the Description fields (Floors, Summary, Full description)
