Make the most of your lettings business using Zoopla’s tools

There are many great tools and reports in ZooplaPro that can be used for lettings. In this article, we'll be explaining the key tools you can use within ZooplaPro for lettings and the importance of using them in the current market. 

The question we find being asked more than anything is what do lettings care about?

The lettings market is very different to sales because of the pace. Rented properties don't have the option to be on the market for an extended period, due to a greater financial exposure; landlords expect quick results and consistency.  In our experience of the lettings industry, we believe that agents priorities can be sectioned into four key categories; New Leads, Landlord Relationships, Feedback and New Valuations/ Valuation Conversion.

  • Market email alerts - Speak to your agent about having these set up to be fully informed about their local property market.  It’s a great way to notice any changes or new listings in your area and monitor competitors
