They now have a 20% larger listing card in search results, and are marked as a Premium listing.
They show four additional photos which also appear in the search results, as well as a play icon, enabling greater video visibility.
You're also still able to promote two selling points (highlights), selected from a list of property categories on your listing, including Virtual Tours
