If you're setting up a data feed with a provider who already works with us, please submit a written request to our Member Services team, letting them know:
- Your name
- Branch Name
- Contact email
- Contact phone
- The name and contact details of the feed provider
Member services will then contact your feed provider, providing them your branch ID so we can accept a feed from them.
Once the new feed has been sent to us, we will switch your upload method across to the new.
If you're setting up a Real-time service with us and have not sent us data previously, you will need to obtain a Signed Certificate here Real-time Listings Service (see section 3. Security and authentication). Our team will then contact you to discuss next steps.
Submitting the request via the contact form below is recommended as we require the request to be provided in writing.
