Data feed

If you're setting up a data feed with a provider who already works with us, please provide a written request to our Member Services team either by emailing members@zoopla.co.uk, or, you can click Submit a request below and complete the contact form. Please let them know: 

  • Your name
  • Branch Name
  • Contact email
  • Contact phone
  • The name and contact details of the feed provider

Member Services will then contact your feed provider, providing them with your branch ID so we can accept a feed from them. 

Once the new feed has been sent to us, we will switch your upload method across to the new one. 

Real-time service

If you're setting up a Real-time service with us and have not sent us data previously, you will need to obtain a Signed Certificate here - Real-time Listings Service  (see section 3. Security and authentication). Our team will then contact you to discuss the next steps.
