Firstly, if you think you may have been tricked into entering your details on a site that is not Zoopla, close the suspected site, log into ZooplaPro using the main login page (manually typing in the address is suggested), and change your password immediately.
- Log in to ZooplaPro
- Click on your branch and navigate to Edit my details
- Click Change password
- Fill in your new password, confirm and then click submit

If you receive a suspicious phone call, email, or text message claiming to be from Zoopla asking for payment, personal information or offering a refund you do not expect, please do not share any personal information and disconnect the phone call immediately.
