If you think you may have been tricked into entering your details on a site that isn't Zoopla, close the suspected site immediately. Log into ZooplaPro using the main login page (manually typing in the address is suggested), and change your password immediately.
- Log in to ZooplaPro
- Click on your branch
- Click Edit my details
- Click Change password
- Enter your Current Password and then enter your new Password. Confirm it
- Click Submit
Secondly, report all potential scams to Member Services. You can either email members@zoopla.co.uk, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form.
If you receive a suspicious phone call, email, or text message claiming to be from Zoopla asking for payment, personal information or offering a refund you do not expect, please do not share any personal information and disconnect the phone call immediately.
