What do I do if I think I have been affected by a scam?

Firstly, if you think you may have been tricked into entering your details on a site that is not Zoopla, close the suspected site, log into ZooplaPro using the main login page (manually typing in the address is suggested), and change your password immediately.

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click on your branch and navigate to Edit my details
  3. Click Change password
  4. Fill in your new password, confirm and then click submit

Secondly, report all potential scams to Member Services, using the contact form below.

If you receive a suspicious phone call, email, or text message claiming to be from Zoopla asking for payment, personal information or offering a refund you do not expect, please do not share any personal information and disconnect the phone call immediately.

 Note

For further information, or if you think you’ve been affected by a scam, contact Ofcom, Phone-paid Services Authority or ActionFraud
