When manually uploading a listing to a sales/letting department, whether it be Residential, Commercial, or Overseas, it's important that the Price displays accurately so the listing meets the requirements as set out by National Trading Standards, and so you can achieve the best possible marketing for your vendor or landlord. 

Residential sales agents

To set the price:

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage listings tab
  3. Click Residential sales listings
  4. Click Add listing to add a new listing, or locate and click an existing listing to edit it
  5. Scroll down to the Price section. The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards. Type in only the numbers of the sale price (don't type any symbols, commas or spaces)
  6. Select a Price modifier from the dropdown menu, if applicable
  7. Complete the remaining sections and fields if you haven't already, as set out in How to upload a listing. Then, click Save. Your changes will be live on Zoopla within the hour

 Note

If you select Sale by tender from the Price modifier dropdown menu, the price will not display on Zoopla

Residential lettings agents

To set the price:

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage listings tab
  3. Click Residential letting listings
  4. Click Add listing to add a new listing, or locate and click an existing listing to edit it
  5. Scroll down to the Price section. The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards. Type in only the numbers of the rental price (don't type any symbols, commas or spaces)
  6. Select a Rental frequency from the dropdown menu
  7. Complete the remaining sections and fields if you haven't already, as set out in How to upload a listing. Then, click Save. Your changes will be live on Zoopla within the hour

Commercial sales agents

To set the price:

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage listings tab
  3. Click Commercial sales listings
  4. Click Add listing to add a new listing, or locate and click an existing listing to edit it
  5. Scroll down to the Price section. Select a Price modifier from the dropdown menu, if applicable
  6. The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards. Type in only the numbers of the sale price (don't type any symbols, commas or spaces)
  7. Type in the Minimum size (and Maximum size) of the property. The Price per unit will be calculated automatically.
    (If only one size is available, add it to the Minimum size field and the Maximum size should be left blank. Alternatively, where a size range applies i.e. there are multiple floors or units, specify the smallest and largest/total space available)
  8. Select the Unit measurement from the dropdown menu
  9. Complete the remaining sections and fields if you haven't already, as set out in How to upload a listing. Then, click Save. Your changes will be live on Zoopla within the hour

Commercial lettings agents

To set the price:

  5. Scroll down to the Price section. Select whether or not it's Non quoting (price not provided)
  6. The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards. Type in only the numbers of the rental price (don't type any symbols, commas or spaces)
  7. Select a Rental frequency from the dropdown menu
  8. Type in the Minimum size (and Maximum size) of the property. The Price per unit will be calculated automatically.
    (If only one size is available, add it to the Minimum size field and the Maximum size should be left blank. Alternatively, where a size range applies i.e. there are multiple floors or units, specify the smallest and largest/total space available)
  9. Select the Unit measurement from the dropdown menu

Overseas sales agents

To set the price:

  3. Click Overseas sales listings
  4. Click Add listing to add a new listing, or locate and click an existing listing to edit it
  5. Scroll down to the Price section. Select a Currency from the dropdown menu
  6. The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards. Type in only the numbers of the sale price (don't type any symbols, commas or spaces)
  7. Select a Price modifier from the dropdown menu, if applicable
  8. Complete the remaining sections and fields if you haven't already, as set out in How to upload a listing. Then, click Save. Your changes will be live on Zoopla within the hour
