How do I swap between branches if I'm at company or group level?

If you have Company or Group level access, you’re able to view:

• All properties that your branches are advertising
• The Branch comparison for a high-level overview of your branches status and performance
• A range of reports for an overall picture of how the group is performing

If you've been granted Company level access, in order to update or upgrade listings, or, download marketing materials, you would need to view ZooplaPro at branch level.

To view detailed branch level information, you can swap to or between branch logins by following the below steps:

1. Log in to ZooplaPro
2. Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen to open a dropdown menu
3. Within the Change view type section, click Branch 
4. The Change branch screen opens. Click the Choose branch dropdown menu and select the correct branch
   1. Alternatively, you can search for the branch using the fields within the Branch search section
5. Click Confirm
