How to upload lettings listings in ZooplaPro

1. Log in to ZooplaPro
2. Click the Manage listings tab
3. Click Residential letting listings
4. Click Add listing
5. All fields marked with * are mandatory and have to be filled in. Work through the fields
   1. Choose the Status of your Residential letting listings
   2. Set the Address of your listings 
   3. Set the Property details for your Residential letting listings - (The Council tax band is a field that's required, as set out by National Trading Standards)
   4. Set the Price of your listings - (The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards)
   5. Enter any applicable letting Administration fees
      1. Enter any Lettings arrangements details 
      2. Enter the Lettings Deposit Payable - (This is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards)
      3. Enter any applicable letting administration fees in the Fees Apply? field. Administration fees can be copied using the generic branch text, or entered manually if needed. You can choose from one of the following: 
         • Fees apply - Use generic branch text: This will use the branch text saved in the Branch profile
         • No administration fees: No further action is needed, and no fees will be displayed on the property listing 
         • Fees apply - enter details below: Enter the fees which apply to this specific property
   6. Add Photos to a listing
   7. Add Videos and Virtual tours to listings via ZooplaPro
   8. Complete as many of the property Description fields as possible (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Receptions, Floors, Size, Units, Furnished, Available from, Summary, Full description)
      (Text entered into the Summary field is only displayed on the Find agents > View agent profile section of Zoopla. Therefore we advise you leave the Summary field blank, and instead complete the Full description with the property description and other essential information. Aim to call out information which isn’t immediately visible)
   9. Tick the relevant property Features. Additional features will show as bullet points on your listing
   10. Add floor plans and EPC reports to listings via ZooplaPro
6. Click Save and your property will be live on Zoopla within the hour

Once a property has been created, it displays two buttons at the top allowing you to either Save any changes or Create similar. If you click Create similar, it'll duplicate the property, copying all written information. It's also available on deleted properties, so if you have previously marketed a property, you may wish to copy the original listing and add new photos.

How to upload a Commercial lettings listing:

1. Log in to ZooplaPro
2. Click the Manage listings tab
3. Click Commercial lettings listings
4. Click Add listing
5. All fields marked with * are mandatory and have to be filled in. Work through the fields
   1. Choose the Status of your Commercial lettings listings
   2. Set the Address of your listings 
   3. The Price field is a required field. Type only the numbers of the price in to the field - don't type any commas or spaces
   4. Use the dropdown menu to click the relevant Rental frequency
   5. Enter a Minimum size and Maximum size (if only one size is available, add it to the minimum field and the maximum should be left blank) and the Price per unit will be calculated automatically

   8. Complete as many of the Description fields as possible (Floors, Furnished, Available from, Summary, Full description)
