How do I upgrade a property to a Weekly Featured Property


Weekly Featured Property enhances listings of your choice, for sale or to rent, and showcases them separately at the top of the search results page on Zoopla and PrimeLocation for 7 days.

Making a listing a Weekly Featured Property gives it a prominent position on search results pages, and the property also appears within the standard search results, to help increase search clicks.

Weekly Featured Property is the only way to move a listing back to the top of the search results page, so it's often used to help boost a slow moving listing. 

 Best practice

Apply Weekly Featured Property to a property with a recent price reduction. Revive the listing with a fresh photo and help to put it in the spotlight for all potential applicants search results, to encourage a second look

Upgrade a property to a Weekly featured

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage listings tab
  3. Click the relevant property category, for example, Residential sales listings or Residential letting listings
  4. In your property listings, locate the property you would like to upgrade to a Weekly featured property and click Upgrade
  5. A confirmation window appears. Under the Weekly Featured heading, click Confirm Upgrade


If you have a property that is a Premium Listing, click Boost to upgrade it to a Weekly featured property before clicking Confirm Upgrade

In ZooplaPro, your property listing now displays with a Weekly Featured icon that overlays the image. This acts as confirmation that it’s been upgraded, and will remain so for 7 days.

The day before it’s due to expire, you'll see an alert flag which will remind you about the expiry and enable you to Renew the Weekly featured listing if you choose. If you do renew, it'll begin at the end of the original 7 days.
