When manually uploading a listing to a residential letting department, it's important that you add any applicable letting Administration fees so the listing meets the requirements as set out by National Trading Standards.
To set the administration fees on a Residential letting listing:
- Log in to ZooplaPro
- Click the Manage listings tab
- Click Residential letting listings
- Click Add listing to add a new listing, or locate and click an existing listing to edit it
- Scroll down to the Administration section. Enter any Lettings arrangements details. (This includes any information that affects the rights and obligations of the tenant(s), owner and agent, including the type of tenancy agreement. The landlord registration number should also be provided)
- Stay compliant by entering the Lettings Deposit Payable. (This and the below fields are required, as set out by National Trading Standards)
- Stay compliant by entering any applicable letting administration fees in the Fees Apply? field. You can choose from one of the following:
- Fees apply - Use generic branch text (If your administration fees are consistent with all your listings, you can enter a default message in the Branch Profile, and display this on all your listings)
- No administration fees (No further action is needed, and no fees will be displayed on the property listing)

- Complete the remaining sections and fields if you haven't already, as set out in How to upload a listing. Then, click Save. Your changes will be live on Zoopla within the hour
